Honourable Christopher Yaluma, (r) Minister of Commerce Trade & Industry launches the COVID19 Rapid Business Survey with Resident Representative, Lionel Laurens (l).

Dear Respondent,

We would like to invite you as a business owner, entrepreneur, participant or director of a micro, small, medium or large enterprise, business or cooperative to take the Zambian COVID19 Business Survey online by Sunday 7th June 2020 at https://ee.humanitarianresponse.info/x/#jZqrqbbd.  If the survey doesn’t load immediately, please try again with a different browser.

This survey is designed by the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry with technical support from the United Nations Development Programme.

The objective of the survey is to learn about the socio-economic situation of, micro, small, medium-sized and large enterprises affected by the COVID -19 crisis in Zambia, in order to inform the formulation of relevant policies and propose comprehensive impact mitigation and recovery actions aimed at improving their economic condition and situation in the market.

The survey collects information that will be digitally mapped and aggregated by region, sector and size of business. This will take only 15 minutes of your time and key findings of the public report will not reveal any personal data.

We hope that you will take the short time to perform a few clicks and tell us how you have been affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

Your participation will allow us to compile feedback from all respondents and produce meaningful results including dashboards and reports showing trends, aggregated numbers and tendencies.

The dashboards and reports will inform the support measures required that the Government of Zambia, Development Partners and other key stakeholders can consider and implement.

Thank you for your cooperation!
